CALENDAR OF EVENTS APRIL 12 – 18, 2007

Notes of interest:

-If you are interested in participating in a festival mailing call THE Auditorium TODAY.

For 10 cents each, we will include your rack cards in our 3000-count mailing list. These are 2006 ticket buyers and folks who have REQUESTED to be on our mailing list. 253-7788.

-2008 Marketing Support Funds (seed) applications are available at the CAPC office. Any request for funding of special events must be turned in by October 1, 2007

-Deadline for entries in the ARTrageous Parade is April 20.

-ArtCartist meet on Sunday afternoon at 5:00 at Celestial Windz Harmonic Bazaar. Please call 981-3288 or 363-9588 for info.

-Books are needed for the Carnegie Library Spring Book Sale (April 20-21) if you have questions, please call 253-8754.

-Laura Waters will speak at the Unitarian Church this Sunday at 11:00 am. As head art teacher for Rogers public schools, her topic will be "The Human Face of Immigration."

Channel 7 from Little Rock will be here to do cutaways for their morning show on Tuesday, April 24th, 5-7 am at the Pine Mountain Jamboree.



Reporter Kristin Fisher will be here to do the cutaways (about one per half hour) and Mike Bishop and his PMJ crew will provide the entertainment to keep us all awake in the meantime! They said we don't need a huge crowd, but we'd like to have at least about 50 people in attendance so that when they do the cutaways there is some audience to hear and see. Everyone is encouraged to attend if you can!!! We hope to see you there!

-This weekend's special events include Spring Diversity, Ozark UFO Conference and the 8th Annual Bike Show.
